How long do executive advisory engagements typically last?

It completely depends on your team's challenge. Some situations are resolved in 1-2 sessions. Others take many sessions over a few months. Engagements end when the problem is solved and your team can confidently execute on their own.

Do I need to commit to a long-term program?

No. Executive advisory is project-based. You bring Tracy in for the specific challenge you're facing. If deeper work is needed, we'll have that conversation — but there's no pressure to commit beyond solving the immediate problem.

How is this different than your Transformation by Design program?

Transformation by Design is a 6-12 month structured engagement to redesign your entire leadership system. Executive advisory is focused, project-based work on specific challenges. Think of it as targeted help vs. full transformation.

What if we're not sure what we need?

Do you work virtually or in-person?
