If you're dealing with a real challenge and need strategic thinking — not just another opinion — this session will help. The investment is designed to be accessible while ensuring serious strategic clarity.

Can I bring my leadership team?

This session is designed for 1:1 work with individual leaders. If you're looking for team-level work, explore our leadership team intensives or workshops.

What if I need more than one session?

Many leaders book follow-up time after their initial session. Continued advisory time is available at the standard rate of $250 per hour.

Book an Advisory Session (60 minutes) or an Advisory Check-In (30 minutes) as needed. No package required.

And if the work we uncover is bigger than a session, I'll tell you directly. Some challenges are organizational, and the right next step is a By Design engagement rather than more sessions.

Do you offer this virtually?

Yes. Most strategic executive advisory sessions happen via Zoom, though in-person sessions can be arranged depending on location and scheduling.

What should I prepare before the session?

Come ready to work on a real situation. Think through what's not working, what you've already tried, and what success would look like. The clearer you are on the challenge, the more focused our work together can be.

Is this confidential?

Absolutely. Everything discussed in the session stays between us.

How is this different from a discovery call?

A discovery call is used to determine fit and discuss Elevate2Grow services. The Leadership Clarity Session is paid advisory work focused on a specific leadership, team, or organizational challenge. You will receive direct strategic insight, pattern analysis, and practical next steps. 

Is this coaching?

This is not an open-ended coaching session. It is a focused executive advisory conversation designed to diagnose a real issue, test assumptions, and determine the next move. 

Can this lead to additional work?

Yes, but it does not have to. Some leaders leave with what they need to move forward independently. Others identify a need for assessments, a workshop, executive advisory, or broader leadership-team engagement.
