Which assessment should we start with?

It depends on your immediate challenge. Our table above helps align your business challenges with the assessments that would provide the most actionable insight:

How long do assessments take?

Individual assessments range from 10-25 minutes (Working Genius®, DISC®, 12 Driving Forces®) to 45-60 minutes (TTI TriMetrix® Suite). Each assessment is self-paced.

Can we do assessments virtually?

Yes. All assessments are completed online, and debriefs can be conducted virtually or in-person based on your preference. Once you purchase assessments, you’ll receive online access to them.

Can we purchase assessments a la carte?

Yes. If you simply wish to purchase assessments for an individual or a team, request assessments without an added debrief or workshop.

What's included in the cost?

You'll receive access to the assessment and your results. Assessment costs vary based on whether you add debrief sessions or workshops. When you request assessments, we'll provide transparent pricing for your specific situation.

 

Do we get just a report or actual help implementing?

This is where Elevate2Grow is different. Most consultants stop after providing results, however we want your results to take you further.

You can add a debrief session, custom Playbook, or workshop, to translate insights into daily action and team integration. 



How do assessments integrate with our existing operating system (EOS, Scaling Up, etc.)?
