How long are typical facilitation sessions?

Sessions range from half-day workshops to multi-day strategic planning events. We'll determine the right length based on your objectives.

How much preparation is required?

I handle the heavy lifting of session design and preparation. You'll need to provide some basic information and ensure key stakeholders are available, but for the most part, I’ve got you covered.

What happens after the session?

You'll receive a detailed summary, action plans, and follow-up support to ensure momentum continues. Most engagements include 90 days of support to maximize your workshop ROI.

How many participants can you accommodate?

I facilitate workshops for groups of all sizes - from intimate leadership teams to larger departmental sessions of 200+ participants. Group size influences our approach and activities, but the transformation happens regardless of numbers.

Will you come to us?

Yes! From my home base in Nebraska, I'm happy to facilitate at your location—whether that's your office or an offsite retreat venue. Travel expenses are built into your all-inclusive workshop package.

Do you offer virtual workshops?

Absolutely! While in-person workshops offer certain advantages, my virtual facilitation is designed to be engaging and effective. I use collaborative digital tools, structured breakout rooms, and interactive techniques specifically developed for online environments to ensure participants remain engaged and outcomes are achieved.
