The Acumen Capacity Index (ACI) assessment measures how people perceive, process, and organize information.

Based on the science of Axiology, ACI reveals a person's capacity, clarity of understanding, and ability to address situations effectively.

ACI measures three dimensions of thought across both world and self-views:

2. Assessment Administration

Your team completes online DNA assessments (20-25 minutes each) and receives results immediately.

3. Debrief & Application

Tracy facilitates individual or leadership team debrief sessions, translating ACI insights into practical strategies for improving judgment, decision-making, and addressing blind spots that limit performance.

What is Axiology?
