For more than 30 years, I’ve worked inside and alongside organizations, building businesses, leading teams, and helping leaders navigate growth, complexity, and change.
I spent decades leading inside large, privately held, multi-division organizations, including billion-dollar enterprises, where accountability, execution, and leadership alignment carried real consequences.
