You've got good people.
Why does everything feel harder than it should?
The friction isn't random. It's a pattern.
When decisions stall, ownership gets fuzzy, or the same issues keep coming back, there is usually more happening beneath the surface. I help leaders see the pattern, understand what is getting in the way, and determine what needs to change next .

Where friction starts to show up
Your leaders are capable. People are working hard. And still:
- The same issues keep resurfacing in meetings.
- Decisions get made, then revisited.
- Ownership gets fuzzy between people or departments.
- Leaders carry work that should belong to someone else.
- Handoffs break down and execution slows.
- Accountability depends on chasing.
- Hiring or promotion decisions keep missing the mark.
- Growth is creating complexity faster than the organization can absorb it.
Look beyond the person. Find the pattern.
Friction is often the first signal that something underneath the work needs attention. And patterns can be redesigned.

Your organization may have outgrown the systems that got it here.
When you grow, your people grow.
When your people grow, your company grows.
And none of it happens by chance.
It happens by design.
Whether the next level of growth needs to happen in you, in your people, in your team, or in the organization around them, that is the work we do together.

Where does growth need to happen next?
| Main focus | Where The Pattern Lives | Ways we work together | Primary outcome | |
| GROW YOURSELF | Strengthen how you lead | How you lead, decide, and show up under pressure | Executive Advisory • Leadership Development • Assessments • ElevateHER | Self-awareness and capability for the level you are leading at next |
| GROW YOUR PEOPLE | Select and develop the right people | Who you hire, promote, and place, and how you develop them | Talent Strategy • Leadership Development • Assessments & Benchmarking | The right people in the right roles, ready for what comes next |
| GROW YOUR TEAM | Build a team that performs together | How your team communicates, decides, handles conflict, and holds one another accountable | Team Development • Team EQ • Workshops & Intensives • The Five Behaviors • Working Genius | A leadership team that operates as one unit, not individual operators |
| GROW YOUR COMPANY | Design the conditions that let performance scale | Culture, alignment, accountability, succession, and the conditions embedded in the organization itself |
Transformation by Design • Accountability • Alignment • Strategy • Culture • Succession |
An organization that performs without depending on a few key people |
| NOT SURE WHERE TO START? | Most patterns show up at more than one level | The Two-Minute Checkup shows you where yours is concentrating | We meet you where you are. Every organization moves through all of these levels as it grows. | A clear place to begin |

Growth Doesn’t Scale on Effort Alone
Transformation by Design
Our signature organizational engagement
A selective, high-touch organizational performance partnership built around the transformation your organization is trying to create.
Designed for growth-minded organizations that know the way they operate today may not be enough to get where they want to go next, especially when the problem no longer lives in one place.
Transformation by Design begins with where the organization is trying to go. Tracy uses the Performance by Design Framework to find the patterns getting in the way, identify where the greatest leverage exists, and determine what needs to strengthen first.
Then the right leadership, people, team, and organizational work is layered into the real organization based on what the transformation requires.
- Find the patterns beneath recurring performance friction
- Align leadership around what needs to change
- Strengthen ownership, accountability, and decision-making
- Develop the leaders and teams carrying the transformation
- Apply the right work inside real meetings, decisions, and conversations
- Build internal capability so the work continues after Tracy steps back
Transformation by Design may be the right fit when the issues are connected, previous fixes have not fully held, or the organization knows its next level will require more than one isolated solution.
Find what matters. Layer what is needed. Apply it where it counts.
Where Performance Patterns Show Up
Eight connected areas shape how performance happens across an organization. When friction appears, these are the places we examine for the pattern underneath it.

Meet Tracy Winkler
I'm Tracy Winkler, a Leadership Coach and Human Performance Strategist who works with growth-minded leaders to build more effective, collaborative, high-performing teams.
I bring two decades of operations experience and two decades of advising leaders and organizations, with perspective from both sides of the table.
I spent decades leading inside large, privately held, multi-division organizations, including billion-dollar enterprises, where accountability, execution, and leadership alignment carried real consequences.
Leaders bring me in because I see patterns quickly, help them identify what is really getting in the way, and create the clarity, behavior change, and stronger ways of working needed to move forward.
From the C-suite to the teams carrying the change, I help leaders strengthen how people lead, collaborate, communicate, and perform together.
That experience shapes how I help leadership teams design clarity, alignment, and accountability that holds, especially under pressure.
My work is guided by the Performance by Design Framework, which looks across the connected areas that shape leadership and organizational performance. Most challenges concentrate in one or two places. The framework helps us find the bottleneck, identify what is creating the friction, and focus the work where change will have the greatest impact.
